Scholarships

Each year, the Highlander Foundation awards scholarships to members of the senior class who are attending two- or four-year colleges, technical schools, or other post-secondary educational instituations.. Scholarships typically range from $500 to $1,000 each, and award winners are announced at the high school's annual Academic Banquet.

Earning a Scholarship is a Two-Step Process

• Please complete the online version to be reviewed by the selection committee.  The links to the application will be posted on the Cambria Heights School District's Facebook page and sent to the members of the senior class through their school district email accounts.
• Applications will be read and scored by Foundation board members. Applicant names will be removed prior to being read and scored by Foundation board members.

• Applicants with the highest scores will be granted an interview.
• Foundation board members will meet with applicants during the school day.
• The interviews will be scored and those with the highest scores will be awarded scholarships.
