    Supportive Secondary Transition Services (SSTS) Room A102A            Periods 3, 4 and 5/6

     

    Objective

    With assistance from the teacher, students will learn to study properly, organize information, research information, write reports, and effectively utilize time management skills so they can become more independent in the future.

    Materials

    Each student is expected to bring their own materials to class. Materials depend on what class each student is working on at the time. Students should bring their Chromebooks.

     Assessment

    Students will be graded once a week in the following areas: 

      • preparation (10 points)
      • work ethic (10 points)
      • behavior (10 points)
      • participation (10 points)
    • TOTAL 40 points per week (Points are adjusted based on individual schedules.)

     

    Accommodations

    Students who have an IEP (Individualized Education Program) have accommodations/adaptations to assist them to succeed on this objective. Accommodations/adaptations will depend on each student’s IEP.
